Qualified accounts with a tax re-sale number are eligible to purchase Whitley's products at wholesale prices to be sold at their retail locations. Please be aware the we do not allow any of our products to be sold on third party sites such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.
Below are forms that will need to be completed to set up an account:
- New Customer Contact Form
- Virginia Sales Tax Exemption Form or Out of State Sales Tax Exemption Form (acquire from your state tax office)
- Credit Application Note: this form is only needed if applying for terms (Net 30)
