Customer Service Specialist (Full Time; Seasonal Position)
Primarily responsible for interacting with customers via telephone, mail, and chat to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Requires additional time during peak holiday season.
Shipping Room Assistant (Full Time; Seasonal Position)
Responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of finished products. Requires standing 100% of the time and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Requires additional time during peak holiday season.
