Whitley’s Peanut Club Subscription Plans

How subscriptions work:

  • All subscription plans are for one-year in duration either in monthly, bi-monthly (every other month), or quarterly intervals.
  • Payment for your plan is paid in full when your order is placed.
  • Your first shipment is based on your selected ship date when placing your order.
  • Subsequent shipments are shipped based on your original ship date.  If that date falls on a weekend or holiday in which Whitley’s is closed, it will ship the next business day.
    • Example:  If you select March 3 as your ship date for your first order and you have a monthly plan, your next shipment will be shipped on April 3 (or the following business day if that that date falls outside of normal operational days)
  • Free shipping on each shipment.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment. 

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Can I ship a subscription to multiple addresses?

A: Subscription Plans are not eligible for shipping to multiple addresses. If you have other products in your cart that are shipping to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order.

Q: Can I change a ship date?

A: Yes.  Providing you contact us no less than 5-days prior to the scheduled date of your next shipment. All changes must be done through our Customer Care Team at 1-800-470-2244 or at customercare@whitleyspeanut.com.

Q.  Can I cancel at any time?

A: Yes. To cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-470-2244 or at customercare@whitleyspeanut.com. A partial refund will be issued based on your outstanding shipments.

Q.  Can I pause my subscription?

A: No. Although we can reschedule ship dates, pausing your subscription is not an option at this time. 

Q:  Will my subscription automatically renew?

A: Plans do not automatically renew.
