Melted together during shipment

First, let me say that I have received this product before as a gift and it is excellent.

My disappointment with this purchase was that the chocolates had all melted together during shipment. Instead of finding individual pieces upon opening, I found a chocolate gob.

Please know that we did not notify the company and decided to keep as is.
